Shipping and returns
Everything sold here ships from within Canada and is covered by the same return window, whoever the seller is.
Rates and times
Delivery is free on orders of $100.00 or more. Below that it is a flat $15.00, however many items are in the order. Your cart shows which applies before you check out.
Most orders leave the seller within one business day and arrive in two to seven business days depending on the province. Remote postal codes take longer, and we will tell you if a carrier cannot reach yours.
Returning something
You have 5 days from delivery to start a return. The item has to come back in the condition it arrived in, with the accessories and packaging it came with.
If the item was misdescribed, faulty or damaged in transit, we pay return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, you do. Either way the refund goes back to the card that paid, within five business days of the item being received and checked.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns: anything with a redeemed digital licence or activation code, and anything sold as-is with faults listed on the listing.
Faults after the return window
Manufacturer warranties pass to you with the item, and some sellers offer their own on top. The listing says which applies before you buy.
Start a claim from the contact page with your order reference. Anything we cannot resolve ourselves we take to the seller for you.
Cancelling
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the seller marks it shipped. After that it becomes a return.
